Importing Data from .txt file to xcel file

In Microsoft Windows XP

Click start and open the Microsoft Excel
OPen a new blank excel file
click on the tab data
then click on the icon "From text"
Find the .txt from your computer and select that one
Click on the Button "Import" and you will find the popup screen
click next
popup next screen
select your delimiters in given check boxes
i have selected the comma
then click the NEXT button
then select FINISH button
Select the option for existing worksheet or new worksheet
then click the OK button
You have DONE...!!!
